Dear Rotary Vendor:

The Southern California RX Club and RotaryNews.Com cordially invite you and the staff of your company, to join us in celebrating all RX vehicles and Rotary Power, at our 10th annual SevenStock event, to be held on Saturday September 27, 2008.

The SevenStock event series is the largest single day Rotary enthusiast gathering in the world. Mazda is not only providing the venue but also, displaying some outstanding historical race and specialty Rotary vehicles. Classic rotary powered Mazda vehicles will be the feature displays at this year's festivities. So come out and spend a great day with thousands of Rotary enthusiasts from around the globe, fellow industry members, and Mazda factory staff and management.

This year’s SevenStock event includes invitations to a wide variety of international and national RX Clubs, Rotary racers, and vendors. Last year's event was covered by a multitude of national import car magazines and, at least, 3 international publications, including the RX-7/RX-8 Magazine of Japan, and over 30 internet media outlets. We are expecting even greater coverage at this year's 11th annual celebration. Please see the HISTORY section of this site, for further details on past SevenStock events.

"THE RAFFLE", which has become the most popular segment of the SevenStock event, is back! This activity is a great way to expose your products to hundreds of event particpants and show your public support for SevenStock. As in years past, we are soliciting the donation of Rotary related items/products from all vendors in attendance. Donations are strictly voluntary, and are not required for you to attend, but your assistance helps the So-Cal RX Club offset the cost of this unique not-for-profit event. We would like to thank all of the vendors who have donated items to past years events and look forward to working with you all again.

As a vendor/racer that has supported and been committed to RX vehicles and Rotary Power over the years, we would be honored to have you join us. If you or anyone on your staff would like to attend, please RSVP and register by clicking on the link, at either the top or bottom of this page.

If you can not attend, but would still like to donate something to the raffle and be recognized at SevenStock-11, please indicate so on the RSVP form and we will contact you.

Event Details

When: September 27, 2008 - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Where: Mazda North America Corporate HQ Center – Irvine, California.

Why: Where else in the world can you get together with 5000+ rotarheads! The 400+ Rotary cars on display aren't bad either!

Vendor set-up will begin at 12:00 noon on Friday the 26st. Additional overnight security will be available to watch over rigs and equipment. Vendors are ENCOURAGED to setup on Friday afternoon. If you can not arrive to set-up on Friday the 26th, you will need to be at the event venue no later than 6:00AM on Saturday the 27th.
