Dear Rotary Vendor:

The Southern California RX Club and RotaryNews.Com cordially invite you and the staff of your company, to join us in celebrating all RX vehicles and Rotary Engine Power, at our 15th annual SevenStock event, to be held on Saturday September 29, 2012 at the world famous Willow Springs International Raceway in Rosamond, Ca. This year marks a new chapter in the life of SevenStock, as we hit the track for the first time, and we definitely want you all to join us celebrate this new exciting progression for SevenStock!

The SevenStock event series is the largest single day Rotary enthusiast gathering in the world. Although Mazda will not be providing the venue this year, they will be out not only displaying some outstanding historical race and specialty Rotary vehicles, but running them on track this year for all to enjoy! This year's festivities will be pay homage to our beloved Rotary Engine, 'til it returns! So come out and spend a great day with thousands of Rotary enthusiasts, fellow industry members, and Mazda factory staff and management, and the glorious race cars.

This year’s SevenStock-15 event includes invitations to RX Clubs, Rotary racers, and vendors from around the globe. Last year's event, as is always the case, was covered by an excellent selection of car magazine publications, including several international magazine from Japan and beyond, and many internet media outlets, including a large presence on Social Media. As always, we expect even greater coverage at this year's 15th annual event, now that we are going to the track. The theme for SevenStock-15 is "REstart the REvolution"... soon! As always, there will be plenty of cool specialty cars, this year will include The Best Enthusiast RXs in the primary display area - from cars selected during a internet and forum search leading up to the event. What a better way for rotorheads to show-off their RX rides and how they do what they do, plus their will be the option for any enthusiast wanting to track their RXs to do so... imagine the noise and excitement!

"THE RAFFLE"
The most popular segment of the SevenStock event, is back and great as ever! This activity is a great way to expose your products to hundreds of event participants and show your public support for SevenStock. As in years past, we are soliciting the donation of Rotary related items/products from all vendors in attendance. Donations are strictly voluntary, and are not required for you to attend, but your assistance helps the SoCal RX Club offset the cost of this unique not-for-profit event. We would like to thank all of the vendors who have donated items to past years events and look forward to working with you all again.


"VENDOR SALES"
Vendor sales will be fully permitted at SevenStock-15! T-shirts, collectibles, hardparts, etc.. items may be sold. Vendors who wish to sell are required to have all of the necessary legal commerce licenses and/or proper permits from the State of California or State of origin. The SoCal RX Club will not be responsible for any sales or issues arising from sales at SevenStock.


"USE OF CLUB LOGO & EVENT LOGO"
Please do not reproduce the SoCal RX Club or SevenStock logos without club permission. Event T-shirt sales are the club’s primary source of funds to offset the substantial costs of the event while avoiding any fees for enthusiasts.


"VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE"
A $50 fee is required this year for all vendors. Please send $50 to "sevenstock@gmail.com" via PAYPAL once you've registered. An e-mail reminder will be sent once the registration process is complete.

Event Details

Main Show: Saturday, September 29, 2012 - 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Vendor Move-in: Friday, September 28, 2012 - ?:00 P.M. to ?:00 P.M.

Why: Where else in the world can you get together with 1000s of rotorheads! Plus the 400+ Rotary cars on display and THE RACE CARS ON TRACK this year won't be bad either!

Vendor MOVE-IN will begin at TBD on Friday September 28th. Additional overnight security will be available to watch over rigs and equipment. Vendors are ENCOURAGED to arrive on Friday evening. Due to site access limitations, if you can not arrive to set-up on Friday the 28th, you will be REQUIRED to be at the event venue no later than 6:00AM on Saturday the 29th.
