The Southern California RX Club and RotaryNews.Com cordially invite you and the staff of your company, to join us in celebrating all RX vehicles and Rotary Power, at our 12th annual SevenStock event, to be held on Saturday September 26, 2009 at Mazda HQ in Irvine Ca.

The SevenStock event series is the largest single day Rotary enthusiast gathering in the world. Mazda is not only providing the venue but also, displaying some outstanding historical race and specialty Rotary vehicles. 4-rotor powered racers will be the feature displays at this year's festivities. So come out and spend a great day with thousands of Rotary enthusiasts, fellow industry members, and Mazda factory staff and management.

This year’s SevenStock-12 event includes invitations to a wide variety of international and national RX Clubs, Rotary racers, and vendors. Last year's event was covered by numerous national import car magazines and, at least, 3 international publications, including the RX-7/RX-8 Magazine of Japan, and over 30 internet media outlets. We are expecting even greater coverage at this year's 12th annual event. Please see the HISTORY (quick-links) section of the event site, for further details on past SevenStock events.

The theme for SevenStock-12 is focused on “Returning To Our Roots - The Early Rotary Cars” that began the street RE enthusiasm! While we will display plenty of cool specialty cars, this year will also include The Best Enthusiast RXs in the primary display area - cars selected during a forum search leading up to the event. What could be a better way to get the attending rotorheads to focus on their cars and how they make them better ...


"THE RAFFLE"
The most popular segment of the SevenStock event, is back and great as ever! This activity is a great way to expose your products to hundreds of event participants and show your public support for SevenStock. As in years past, we are soliciting the donation of Rotary related items/products from all vendors in attendance. Donations are strictly voluntary, and are not required for you to attend, but your assistance helps the SoCal RX Club offset the cost of this unique not-for-profit event. We would like to thank all of the vendors who have donated items to past years events and look forward to working with you all again.

Mazda has once again agreed to allow limited vendor sales at SevenStock-12! T-shirts, collectibles, and other low-cost (<$50) items may be sold if you request a vending permit. No hard parts or higher-cost items may change hands at the event. Vendors who wish to sell will require a permit from the City of Irvine, which the SoCal RX Club and Mazda will acquire for you for a nominal $100 fee.

Please do not reproduce the SoCal RX Club or SevenStock logos without club permission. Event T-shirt sales are the club’s primary source of funds to offset the substantial costs of the event while avoiding any fees for enthusiasts.

Event Details

When: September 26, 2009 - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Where: Mazda North America Corporate HQ Center – Irvine, California.

Why: Where else in the world can you get together with 5000+ rotorheads! The 400+ Rotary cars on display aren't bad either!

Vendor arrival will begin at 12:00 noon on Friday the 25th. Additional overnight security will be available to watch over rigs and equipment. Vendors are ENCOURAGED to arrive on Friday evening. Due to site access limitations, if you can not arrive to set-up on Friday the 25th, you will be REQUIRED to be at the event venue no later than 6:00AM on Saturday the 26th.
