3.0 Vendor Information
This section is information for vendors.
3.1 What can I do to as a vendor?
There are many things you can do, first of all, please
let us know your are going to come! If you would like,
we can set-up a space for you to have a tent or displays.
Mazda won't allow sales at the event itself, but SevenStock
is a great place to market to, connect with and make new
customers, or gather information on the kinds of products
that might be popular in the future. Second, read through
the rest of this section of the FAQ, and also read our
open letter of invitation to all rotary vendors. Also,
please fill out this Vendor Information Form
3.2 Can I speak at the event?
Yes! If you are brave enough to get in front of a crowd,
we are interested in having you speak at the event. Times
will be determined at a later date, and slots will be
filled by review by the SevenStock organizers.
3.3 What can I contribute
3.3.1 Raffle
"THE RAFFLE", the most popular segment of the SevenStock
event, is back! Again, we are soliciting the donation of
a Rotary item/product from all vendors in attendance. This
request is strictly voluntary and not required to attend
but, your assistance here, will help us offset the cost of
this very unique event. All reserved vendor space is being
provided at no charge, to all qualified vendors in
attendance, who RSVP. All proceeds will go directly to the
So-Cal RX Club to cover SevenStock event costs. We would
like to thank all of the vendors who have donated items to
past years events, with a special thanks and hope to be
working with you all again!
3.3.2 Logistical Support
If you have a booth or display you'd like to setup, please
contact us, and help us figure out the best place for you.
You can also help setup things on Friday... from moving
the show cars to setting up displays. Please contact us
for more info.
3.3.3 Money
Expenses do arise from the planning of SevenStock. If you'd
like to contribute money, please contact Berny Herrera.
