peter egan and i won the first 'la carrera' showroom stock race from san felipe, mexico, to ensenada, mexico, in my '84 rx/7, in oct. '85. in '84 with the same car we won the 'most improved position in the second half' of the 'one lap of america,' and i drove the same car to a 14th place qualifying position in the first imsa showroom stock race at sebring, florida, in march '84. seeing as peter is a contributing editor of road & track and i won the '81 scca president's cup and nat'l championship at the road atlanta runoffs, might we qualify as historic mazda racers (although i drove a morgan 4/4 in the runoffs)?

I have bought 2 tickets to the banquet. There was no confirmation e-mail, so I am curious to find out if the credit card was accepted & the tickets claiimed. Before I try a second time (& possibly waste my money) how do I find out if the first purchase went through. REgards
