NOTE: We will try to accommodate all vendor space request but, space is limited and some vendor space request might not be met. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. We will provide a minimum 10x10 space or all vendors. Please reserve ASAP, so we can layout the venue.

Vendor set-up will begin at 12:00noon on Friday. Additional security will be available to watch over rigs and equipment. If you can not arrive to set-up on Friday, you will need to be at the event location no later than 6:00AM on Saturday.

Please e-mail the organizers to verify your arrival day and time.
